All parcels are sent via an express shipping service (Australia Post) and are fully traceable to your destination. Shipping within Australia is TOTALLY FREE for all orders above $25AUD. Worldwide shipping is $20 x Here’s the approximate estimate time of arrival for different destinations:
Australia: 1-2 business days
Worldwide: 7-28 business days

Shipping costs (if existing), personalised and custom items as well as some of the artworks and accessories are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE?
If your item(s) met my returns/exchange criteria, please follow these steps:
1.

If you would like to return or exchange a piece of art, include a photo of the piece in current condition. - Let me know if your original payment method is no longer availible.
2. When you receive my reply with approval and a digital shipping label, pack the items well, print and securely attach the label to the package. Send back your items via Australia Post or your preferred trusted service.
3. Please wait for the funds to be refunded to your original payment method or if changed the new one. Once your return/exchange is received, we will process the refund immediately and funds should appear in your account in 1-3 business days.
If you are using Australia Post, simply drop your parcel off at a convenient Street Posting Box, Post Office or Free 24/7 Parcel Locker. There are over 20,000 drop off points Australia wide. And remember, you can access over 15,000 of these 24/7.
Custom or Import Duty Fees (International Only)
Sometimes, you may be charged with custom or import duty fees. These charges will of course depend on your parcel weight and size, as well as vary widely from country to country. Even though it happens on a very rare occasion, we recommend you to check in with your local customs office to avoid any surprise additional fees. If you decide to refuse the parcel, Nastja Swim will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel. Please consider, that any delays due to couriers or customs outside of Australia are beyond our control and although we do our best to ensure your delivery is on time, we are not responsible for any delays of that sort.
